On Thursday of last week my back door that was fitted by Rydale over 10 years ago developed a problem and I couldn’t open it. I spoke to Gary the service manager who arranged to come out the following day at 10am. He arrived promptly and sorted the problem within 10 minutes and without any charge. Over the years we have used Rydale for all of our windows, doors and a conservatory and I have always received an excellent service. I will continue to use and recommend Rydale in the future.
