“The customer is quite correct in that we took our time with this one – the reason being that the original frames were not supplied by us and it was difficult to determine the exact size and specification in this case, it would have been far easier to have replaced the complete frames (but obviously more costly). Our apologies for the time it took but we’re glad that you’re obviously happy with the end result – and thanks for awarding us 4/5. We will look at where we failed in this case and make improvements in our system where necessary.”
