Rydale Windows

I had new patio windows and a front door fitted by Dan and Nick. They worked conscientiously, and had a friendly, professional and helpful disposition. Their attention to detail was very impressive and everything was finished off neatly to a high quality. Nothing was too much trouble for them and when a query/issue arose they provided a speedy solution after contacting their office. I had the utmost confidence in the ability and integrity of Dan and Nick and have no hesitation in recommending them. One concern about purchasing any goods is the after care service. But anyone purchasing from Rydale Windows need not worry about this. I had an issue with the functioning of the patio door and Phil came out the same day as I reported it and rectified the matter. The service is excellent and again Phil dealt with the matter confidently and proficiently. Now a word about the admin/reception staff. Most of my conversations were with Abby but I also spoke to other staff who, like Abby, were very helpful and efficient. When I reported the problem with the patio door, Abby was very reassuring and arranged for Phil to come out within a couple of hours and he fixed the problem efficiently and effectively. Sometimes when you deal with different staff members of the same company it is clear that there is little teamwork and accurate and prompt communication between staff is lacking; this can impact adversely on customer satisfaction. This is certainly not the case with Rydale Windows. Everyone seems to work as a team and this means the customer is always kept up-to-date and fully informed. I have to commend the Managing Director for running such an efficient company using high quality products accompanied by a very reassuring guarantee. I was recommended Rydale by my neighbours and I would certainly have no hesitation in doing likewise if anyone I know needs double glazing. I will be returning to this company if I have any future need for doors or windows.
