Choices Windows

I went to visit the Choices company after my original company whom I planned to have my garage conversion done by had let me know tremendously. I went to the showroom where I immediately was received with great respect, I explained about what had happened with the company that I had signed a finance agreement with, which I had by then cancelled. Choices came out that evening and sat with me, listened to everything I wanted and discussed price of the product and allowed me 48hours cooling period where I could sit and reflect, if this was the product and job I wanted and was 100% sure about, as the finance commitment was for ten years. I contacted the company the following day and asked for them to visit me and undertake the finance paperwork and plans for the work to commence. The representative came again the following evening (to work around my commitments and answered all my questions and believe me I hassled the company on a daily basis by phone, email and in person when I needed to know anything or if I thought about something. The staff at the company did not once make me feel that I was harassing them, they answered every question in detail. The work commenced two weeks and one day later and let me say they stuck to their word, workers came in and undertook all that was needed the managers came and inspected and asked if I was happy at every stage. They again dealt with any queries I had. The only hiccup that occurred was the council not able to send their inspectors out the day that was requested, hence the reason why the work started two weeks and one day rather than two weeks. This was nothing to do with the company but unfortunately due to council policies and procedures it hindered the work commencing on the Monday. But hey! what can I say that extra day I had to wait, was worth it. Neighbours commented about the efficiency of the workers, the pace and how they kept everything together, at one point I had three builders, one electrician and another builder outside working together in a restricted place and in the pouring rain, that is what commitment is all about. I am so happy and satisfied with the work that I have said to Choices that if they want to show any of their future customers the work they have done they can by all means by visiting the property. The only thing I would now say is I hope I can make it look as good from the inside as it does from the outside.
