Standard of work generally good when fitted front and back doors and new windows. However, cut through phone line and had to wait a couple of weeks before completely repaired. Back door wouldn't close a few weeks after it was fitted. Called but no response and given I couldn't leave back door open had no choice but to call emergency locksmith who charged me £75.00 to repair. Fitter did arrange to visit but had to cancel and asked for appointment to be arranged. Not heard a word since. When on site both work men were polite. Got a feeling they were very busy.
