MPN fitted my joke of a door for me (rose wood frame and white middle panel) without any warning that they weren't going to be able to fit the actual door I ordered (all in rose wood obviously). They just turned up and fitted this frankenstein piece of trash and left it like that for a fortnight. Nobody kept me informed of anything and I had to make a complaint. Operations Manager Nigel did a good job of apologising but actions speak louder than words and zero discount was given despite all the apologies in the world! I almost had to beg for one and when it finally came it was an insulting £50 off a thousand pound door for putting up with the worst door I've ever seen and the worst customer service I've ever encountered for two whole weeks. Avoid!
