Whilst the team who built the physical loft (subcontractors) were very good the overall service from LMB was shockingly bad. Two years on our 'New' heating system still does not work properly, snags were never rectified and we were basically left high and dry and pressured for all money, sometimes in cash. Poor project management, rude and argumentative staff and a never present MD only added to the three very bad leaks and what to us is unfinished business. LMB were only interested in doing it on the cheap, subcontracting and cutting corners, never taking responsibility for their work and delivering on their proposition. Having spent a lot of money with Lee Murphy I would recommend any potential clients to look elsewhere.
