Mr Lees Murphy , it's about time you stop writing your own reviews , sorry you can even write them cause you really are an illiterate man. I personally hired this company after having read the amazing reviews while I should have listened to the bad reviews about this fake company. I had a hip to gable loft conversion at my house and we had problems since the beginning in July I gave Mr Lee 10,200.00 so I was locked into this contract and could not get out of it .he went on holiday with his family in August while I stayed her thinking he was starting the job as he promised mid August. When Mr Lee came back he decided to send a little man at my door wearing a Lmb jumper only to find out that he was himself a builder owning his own construction company and faking to be one of his staff. Mr Murphy you are a ridiculous bully you do not even know what you are doing stop putting people out there writing fake reviews. He has been bullying me with payments since he beginning threatening me to stop sending the only builder on site, I did not believe him since the beginning his is a brainless man acting like a spoiled child and when you tell him the truth he cano handle it . I learnt very soon to go up the ladder and check by my self and with a very trusted builder I know the work he was doing up there and nothing was done the joist were sitting in my front garden but he was bullying me to pay a further 15,300.00 when nothing had been done. Every day for 6 months I have been left with no builders on site because of his greed he had more jobs than his little brain can handle and it took rather than the 10 weeks he promises everyone 6 long months. The scaffolding company was not paid by him for keeping the scaffold so long and still they kept it because they were really professional . After December Mr Lee and his wife write to me that they wanted to continue the job but I hired a solicitor and had the unfinished job done by a professional company having to spend more money over the 48,000.00 £ I has already giving them. I had in the contract an infinity glass balustrade costing £3.500 but he was smart enough to live me without it it has always been a joke since the beginning and for 6 long months this has put a strain on my marriage because my husband was only able to say "I told you so".i had to project manage my loft writing to him any minute asking him to fish this or that job , the skip company was not paid by them and they left me with a skip in the drive up to march and only when I paid them (I should have not as I had already paid Lmb for it ) 300£ they came eventually to remove it. The whole experience was a dis taster and I have met many customers of this Lee Murphy all having experienced the same horrible time,. This man and his wife have no conscience I do not know how they can sleep at night. In December they went bust (this is only one of many times) they stayed in the same office and chanced the name from LMB Loft Conversion Company to LMB Group LTD , what a joke that in this country they allow these fake company to quit and re-open after weeks staying in the same place and keeping on robbing their customers without paying their debts , how does this work???????? At some point he told the roofer (a gipsy hired by him to come to my home every day) to come after me for his money and I reported him and the roofer to the police . I have reported him so many times to trading standards, I wonder if they will ever do anything to put this horrible. Man at his place. Mr Lee Murphy now you had the courage to take me to court because after I had to hire and pay another builder and an electrician and a balustrade company and a skip company and a solicitor you think I owe you money , we will go to court and you will remember my name for the rest for your life I do not give up easily especially with crooks like you .
