I had my loft insulated recently, but sad to say the men who did the work left my loft in a sorry state. The insulation was done well and I have no problem with that. However, they did not seemingly cover up anything up in the loft as there blobs of foam on the floor and on many of the items stored there. They did not put back any of the items they had to move to do the job. This included some free standing shelving which they had to move away from a wall. As I am of a certain age I cannot crawl around in my loft putting things back in their rightful place. I had to make 2 phone calls to get Evergreen power to send someone to put the loft back in a better state than they left it. Even then the men who came to rectify the problem were given the wrong time when to attend and ending waiting over a half hour for me to arrive unexpectedly. I had said after 4 pm and the men were told 12 30 pm. Luck would have it I arrived home to collect something before going back out again. They also left black marks on my driveway, which was apparently due to exhaust from the machinery they use. This did clean up but it shouldn't happen as they brought enough plastic sheeting with them to cover everything. I am still waiting to get a phone call from the Manager with an apology which is I thought the least they could do. nothing wrong with the insulation as far as I can tell just the state they left the loft.
