Following previous issues and disappointment with our door installation (since rectified), during the recent freezing weather (Dec 2022) our door would not lock - specifically you could not push the handle all the way up to engage the hooks in their frame slots. I emailed Needhams over the weekend and was please to get an acknowledgment on Monday saying it had been passed to the appropriate person. I was even more pleased when later that day he appeared at my door 😀👍 As the weather had changed from -3°c to +9°c the door lock was now working. Needhams’ Inspector however understood the problem and adjusted the door accordingly- he also took the time to make a preventative alteration to part of the door that he was aware would become a problem if left as it was. Customer Service is hopefully getting things right first time but of equal importance is how businesses fix things that have gone wrong. Needhams have shown in our case that if the customer perseveres they can and do resolve your problems 👍
