Dear Mr de Vere, We apologise for the delay in completing your installation. As you know we did attend on the agreed installation date, however due to a manufacturing error from our supplier we needed to come back and rectify the issue. Unfortunately, this coincided with the Christmas/New Year period which caused a slightly longer delay than usual. I understand you have been in regular contact with my colleague in the Installations Office and that all works have been completed. Again, we do apologise for the delay that occurred on this occasion and would like to thank you for your positive feedback reference our sales and installation staff.
