New Front door Salesman didn't really discuss locking and entered wrong colour for door. Had to sort this out with engineer at later date. Letter said workmen would be here in morning but didn't arrive. Contacted Brackenwood who said they had contacted me by email to say afternoon. Email not received. When workmen arrived they were very efficient, quick and polite. So no problem there. Spy hole in door a little too high for me. If fitting these suggest you enquire height of person using it!
