Woodfield Windows

A couple of years ago, the handle on our 20 year old aluminium shower room window became problematic. We did a lot of research on the internet and a couple of window companies when contacted, did not return our e-mails or our calls. Woodfield Windows responded to our enquiry and tried to rectify the problem. We knew from our research it was an unlikely they could repair it. Unfortunately it was beyond repair. At least they DID try and in the end we placed an order with them for a replacement window. A young Liam at the time turned up to do the installation and did the job without damaging any of the surrounding mosaic tiles. Everything was fantastic. When it came to replacing our old Monarch Aluminium door we went straight to Woodfield Windows without wasting our time on any of the other time wasting rubbish companies. It would be fair to say we had a very precise idea of what we required. A very patient Katie had to put up with us for well over an hour and a half whilst we specified our replacement door. We felt if you are going to see the outside and the inside of the front door every day not to mention the security and performance aspects that this was something to not be rushed. Liam returned with Kyle to do the installation. They did an excellent job hence why we put this review up. However an additional important thing to note is that should there have been any unforeseen problems, we had the outmost confidence they could have overcome them. The door is excellent and we are extremely happy with it. People that have visited have commented on it without prompting. Yes we went for a high specification door but without professional fitters it would have looked very average. Credit where it is due. Woodfield deserve 5 out of 5 for everything. Contact them first. At the very least they will respond.
