Avoid this company! I had them replace windows and doors at my house and the workmanship is appalling. They caused damage to the house whilst they were carrying out the installation and left the property in a hazardous state. When I advised them of this they initially agreed to repair this at their cost. From that point forward they failed to send anyone to make the repairs, saying they were 'too busy' and 'couldn't find the right person'. They also failed to finish the installation - missing parts still not supplied 7 weeks later. They refuse to return phone calls, won't answer emails, won't supply documentation showing what has been installed. Their attitude towards customers is of casual comtempt once they have your money. They used to give good service in the past but upon checking with other customers I have found that they are overcommitted and using incompentant staff; everyone who has dealt with them recently is saying never again!
