I've never dealt with such an unprofessional, rude and incompetent company as HS Windows. We did an extension and the entire process took around 9 months - from all the suppliers I had to deal with, only HS Widows was a complete shambles. The windows and skylights looked good at first, but soon problems started to appear. Our skylights have got water on top as they didn't install them at the right gradient. This has caused damp and mould growing on the inside... I've also got condensation in a couple of windows. HS windows has done nothing to resolve the issue, but even worse - when I finally got them to confirm a time and date to visit me, they simply wouldn't turn up. This happened on around 8 to 10 occasions... frustrating! When they finally turned up, they actually managed to damage one of the skylights, which caused a leak. They did nothing to repair the damage - fortunately my kind builder helped me out. I think HS Windows must have been offering a good service in the past due to the feedback I had from my builder, but I can assure you their service is appalling now and I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy... stay away from them and save yourself a lot of hassle. I had to order new skylights from a different company to sort out the issue...
