PLEASE AVIOD USING THIS BUISSNES. I don't even know where to start with this company. Their customer service is just awful. 2 and half years I have lived at this new property and there are constant problems. I contacted them 4 months ago with multiple problems including. 1. A front door that cant be locked in the summer due to cheap materials and drooping hinges 2. Warped Windows leaving an 8mm gap between window and frame 3. Windows that cant be locked due to broken lock 4. Window frames that are coming loose. It took them 6 weeks to send out a technician just to look at the problems and confirm they need fixing. The technician also broke one of my locks so now the my window next to my front door can be opened with the window lock in its locked position. I live in a ground floor flat and they have left me with a window that can be easily opened from the outside. The technician fixed nothing on this day and left me with a security risk. Its been six weeks since then and after multiple e-mails they will not organize a date to come back and actually fix the issues. The gaps in the windows are making my apartment freezing and putting the heating on is wasting my money as the heating leaves as soon as its turned off. I'm currently living in an apartment that can be easily broken into through a window that doesn't lock when closed, I cant put the heating on without burning through money at a time where energy prices are through the roof, a front door that cant be locked and windows that can't be opened. They know all these facts. I have sent them photo's and videos and they simply DO NOT CARE. I am now having to seek legal advice. Nitin their manager ( if you can call him that ) is constantly putting me off telling me he doesn't know when his technician will be free and will get back to me ( he never does ). A manager who doesn't know when his team is available is clearly not a manager. This business is an absolute joke. I cant stress this enough. PlEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
