NO STARS WHATSOEVER. DO NOT GET WINDOWS FROM THESE COWBOYS Today - the third time the repair man apparently was going to show up and no-one arrived, no calls from HS. I call them to enquire. They say they will look into it and call back 5 minutes later...no call back. I try calling them several times since, no-one answers, the calls keep getting cut off. Absolute cowboys. I'd never spend any money with these jokers. Their guarantees are worthless. If you get windows from them, expect to waste a lot of time trying to get anything sorted for ultimately no result. Steer well clear.
