NO STARS This company is an absolute joke! I have been phoning / emailing since July to get my window repaired under guarantee. I have now (apparently) had a repair person 3 times. The first time he was due to arrive on a Saturday morning. We heard nothing, then when I phoned up was told he'd actually come in the afternoon (when we were out as no - one had updated us). The next time the repair person was due to arrive within an allotted time frame I instead got a call asking me to have another look at my window and watch a video about how to repair it myself. The third time today again no show. No call to inform me of why/ when he might come instead. For the past 3 months customer services has never proactively phoned me, even when they say they will. It has been me pursuing endlessly and being fobbed off with 'definitely this time it will be resolved'. Really really shoddy customer service. I would absolutely never get my windows installed by your company as it is a part time job just trying to get a simple repair.
