I can not really fault any of the staff that I have spoken to or who have done the work on my new build conservatory. It really does look excellent.
However the project was delayed by about 4 months down to the extremely poor management systems that they have in place, They had no real project manager dealing with it and I wrongly assumed that there would be. When things started to go wrong and I started to make phone calls things got back on track until the next problem / delay.
Through out the issues I started to get phone calls and visits from the sales team wanting more business which really annoyed me
