Initially I was impressed with Kevin and trusted him to do a good job . On completion I initially thought he had done that for me,I gave him a good review as seen below However when the scaffolding was down I saw an awful lot of shortcuts . The major thing being my facias did not run to the end of my property.I have also now been left with a leaky gutter. Nothing to do with him (of course) I contacted Mr Cross his attitude towards me was Very different . Me being on my own and past the age of 75 He was aggressive and tried to bully me and convince me I was wrong .Several people have looked at his work and comments were what a bodge job. He customer service and after sales was appalling.
