After a true cowboy builder took a huge amount of money from us and left us with nothing but problems we had no option but to put our faith once more in a local tradesman. A1 inspected the previous work, took photographs as evidence and gave suitable advice. They gave realistic options and quoted a fair price. Yes, there was an amount to be paid in advance but that was expected, we didn't presume that A1 would provide materials and labour for nothing! The work carried out by them is to a very good standard, they were honest and up front and on time. We will continue to employ their services now that we've found a trustworthy and friendly local tradesman. We have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.
