Don't be put off by the mixed reviews on here - we had a bathroom fitted in July 2016 and couldn't be happier. We spent time with the Kitchen Plus office in Team Valley designing and choosing our suite, tiles, flooring and finishes. We were then given a quote for all the work including fitting, VAT and delivery. We agreed a fitting time and had text messages to confirm dates. Our fitter was excellent and worked really hard to make sure the job was done as well as possible and everything was to our requirements. He stayed late if needed and always made sure there was power and water available. The Project Manager checked in with us to make sure we were happy and chased up any problems quickly. There were no hidden extras and the job came in on budget to the penny. The end result was a terrific new bathroom finished to a high standard with excellent workmanship. I'd recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
