ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY We purchased a bathroom from them over a year ago and have had nothing but problems since. A manager from the company has even said that the work is below standard, but they still do nothing about it. Promises of phone calls to update us on what is happening NEVER MATERIALISE...we are left to do all the chasing up and even then they avoid us. To be honest I wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating. When is someone from this company going to MAN UP and call us to discuss the problems we have had and seek a way to rectify them? You have had our money paid up in plenty of time. I would like to speak to the director/owner of this company, Mr ADRIAN HUGHES, and find out what is supposedly happening, however, I feel he will hide behind his "I am too busy" desk to respond. I doubt this review will make it onto the website.
