Ongoing issues with the quality of the kitchen (paint is very brital on the doors and some have been replaced 7 months later) and missing parts 11 months since the fitting started and work is outstanding, no communication lead to me putting a complaint with the ombudsman (nothing heard in 3 months of emails) however after a month they said kitchens plus have stopped communicating with them and thus are no longer part of the scheme, I am in the process of talking to trading standards, Gateshead councillors (and MPs) for fraudulent behaviour, misselling and breaking contract, terms and conditions and possibly even law, by selling the best kitchen money can get but fitting a bad poor quality kitchen which is still missing parts and therefore not finished.
Kitchen falling apart in my eyes and not worth the £25k+
