We have had two large bay windows and two sets of bifold doors replaced and we are delighted with the results. At the beginning of this project we were quite apprehensive about how the finished product would look; in particular, our existing bay windows had significant amounts of wood around the frames internally and we wanted to retain as much of this as possible. All the way through the project, from pre-sales with Kevin, to the installation by Steve, we have been impressed and re-assured by the understanding and empathy shown by Heath Windows. Our concerns and requirements were listened to, reflected back to us, and all stages of the job have been completed with an extremely high degree of professionalism and skill. We would have no hesitation in recommending Heath Windows nor in asking for their help in the future should we/when we decide to upgrade more windows in our house.
