Absolutely love our new composite door. The salesman was very helpful, not pushy and did all he could to ensure we made the right choice. The survey was quick and simple and within a few weeks it was ready. Installation was earlier than expected and installers were very friendly, efficient and professional. Unfortunately, they were given the wrong colour seal so couldn't finish the job but agreed to call back. In the meantime, my wife and I noticed a loose door sill along with a scuff in the foiling. This was reported immediately to Heath Windows & Doors to enable them to investigate as they were due to come back to complete the work. They accepted liability for the problems immediately and made arrangements to resolve them which was done quickly and to a high standard.
