We received a visit shortly after requesting a visit to discuss replacing or 30 year old windows. We agreed the design and price for the new windows and the surveyor came the next day to check measurements and ensure we were happy with the design. A date was agreed for the installation and the fitters arrived in the first day at the agreed time and got on quickly and efficiently with the work. They tidied up before they left an then arrive at the agree time again on the second day. The work was completed soon after lunchtime and again they tidied up before they left. One of paned had a crack that the fitters noticed on the first day and ordered a replacement - they were able to fit the frame and pane as the crack is I the inside and explained that the replacement fitting will be a very quick job. We are extremely pleased overall wit the new windows and found the two fitters to be extremely polite, friendly and helpful through the two days. When I telephoned to pay the bill I was advised that the replacement pane was on order and it will be fitted later this week. Overall a good experience.
