The installation of our windows/doors started in May 2015. Over a year later, we have been left with unsightly gaps where the caulk on all windows/doors has not bonded correctly. Initially Three Counties were very helpful with trying to resolve this issue (including offering to pay for a professional decorator to fix their mess), however they have now stated that decorating is not part of their service. To be clear this is not a decorating issue. Three Counties poorly finished the windows and are now trying to back out of their contractual obligations. The finish we have been left with is completely unsatisfactory and we are now seeking the help of DGCOS to resolve the matter. I have also had to pay a locksmith to correctly align the front door lock, due to Three Counties inability to fix the issue. In the last year I have exchanged over 100 emails and taken many days off work and we are still no nearer to a resolution of this issue.
