Conservatory door had brush coming off reported march 2020, fitter came out on June 16th with wrong part so he took the brush off so they would get it right next visit.They have been back on Oct 17th, Dec 16th 2020 and May 10th 2021 with the wrong part last visit he tried to make it fit and now has come off and cannot get in touch via e mail or phone After sales service says they take every problem seriously and will get it solved in 8 weeks my first call was 14 months ago and had 4 visits that works out at a visit every 14 weeks and its still not resolved, so disappointed as i thought i had picked the best company for my project
