Everyone has problems sometimes but with this company they multiply and they don't take any effort to minimise them. I ordered a fibre glass roof and front windows from this company. They managed to install a roof with the guttering on the high end and then we were stuck with wood in window frames for weeks while they sorted out their broken glass and problems they had with their scaffolding company. My neighbour has just used the company and that needed scaffolding on my driveway. The job starts was delayed as Britelite claimed the scaffolding was done wrong by their contractor. When the job was finished it seems Britlite have washed their hands with the scaffolding.`For a two day install I have been stuck with scaffolding over my driveway for 12 days with no sign of it going. Britlite does not respond to calls and when I left a message with their salesman I eventually got s reply that he was on holiday.
