I have been a homeowner for over 35 years and this company is one of the best I have ever dealt with. The initial survey by David and the second more detailed one by Mario once I'd accepted the indicative quotation were very helpful and informative. Both asked me and gave me options about things I'd never even considered, such as matching sightlines externally, the direction in which opening lights might face and so on. Very experienced and professional. Julie in the office was very efficient. The final quotation was £500 less than the indicative one, which was welcome. After the expected lead time, Peter and Pavel arrived on schedule and worked hard and efficiently over nearly three days. They were polite, professional, tidy and helpful. As a pretty full-on DIYer for stuff within my capabilities, I was particularly impressed with the time and trouble they took over making good externally and internally. As planned, one tricky job remains to be finalised - encapsulating some stained glass into new double-glazed units - but I am confident it will go well. Use Oakwood Windows: you won't regret it.
