Orangery Extension in Woodford Green
We are delighted to have completed a large 50 sq.m Orangery extension in woodford green essex. The customer is delighted with the new light and bright living space. This is an extension to the existing lounge and dining room. Mr and Mrs Scantlebury opted for an Orangery rather than a conservatory in order to have the same thermal qualities of an extension but have the light and views of a conservatory.

Conservatory in South East London
Mr and Mrs Patel have large family gatherings and wanted a large dining room to use all year round. So as well as an elegant design we upgraded the specification of the roof, base and walls accordingly. We pride ourselves in building top quality conservatories throughout London, Essex and Hertfordshire.

recent conservatory installed in Watford
Mr and Rush are delighted with their new Conservatory whch we recently installed at their home in Watford London. They chose to plaster the walls so that it felt like an extension to their home. We also installed super warm heat reflective glass so that their conservatory can be used all year round.

The sales pitch is awesome but it is really the only positive thing about this company. Once you signed the contract you discover how unorganised and non-trasparent they are. They say they employ all the staff but instead, they are pretty much contractors which don't work in a coordinated way. The post salle support is pretty much non-existent. Please beware of this company.

Took deposit, submitted the wrong plans and doesn't respond to calls. Phone from a diff number and he answers and says they will call back but never does. Mr Les Styles is a cheat and has taken deposit money from us and not proceeded with the job nor refunded the deposit,

Not pleased at all, they took deposit money and initially submitted the wrong planning application. They're not answering calls and not proceeding. Save your money and find someone else. If you call them they dont answer and then from an unknown number they answer and say they're driving and will call back and never do. Very dissapointed and they took a lot of money in a deposit and now just ignoring us. Very unhappy and would give 0 stars if i could but the minimum is 1.

Very disappointed in the manner in which customers are treated after series of delays following numerous communications. Poor quality as they have to re-visit on numerous occasions to fix issues. Rating on Quality of Service: Very poor service, artificial grass had to be removed and replaced following complaints of poor services. Windows will not shut after installation, floor heating not working as promised-only to be told that I might not have used the floor tiles whilst floor tiles had been bought from B&Q. I sent lots of photos to the company which I am happy to share. One would agree that a project of this magnitude will be completed and handed over clean and tidy but this was certainly not the case. I had to clean up after works has been completed which I find really frustrating. I was promised I will be receiving my contract & warranty documents within 14 days of completion but again I am yet to obtain documents following a call to chase. I feel they take a lot on, rushed the work without proper planning/scheduling/bill of materials. Also very bad customer services to the extent of arguing unnecessary and hanging up the phone on customers. I have today made contacts with my legal team. I believe they will sit up an get the issues resolved before engaging in a legal battle, however I am very disappointed in the overall services. A word to the wise is enough!

Initially I was very impressed how quickly the work was done and seemed to be good quality, but as work progressed and the frame and glass work was installed the work seemed to be done piecemeal and in a hurry and all 4 seasons was concerned with was getting their money and when I talked about things needing fixing /sorting was continually told it would be done at the end. Quality & Service: I have had to call them company in twice before because the conservatory was leaking / fix issues and had to threaten with legal action before someone responded to my emails, voicemails and texts. Nobody ever answers the phone. I have sent copies of email chasers and can provide photos and videos of the leaks which I had sent to 4 seasons construction. Now again I am experiencing the same issue as one of the roof glass panels has moved and I have been trying to get hold of the company to fix the problem before the thunderstorms start (after all this hot weather. The seals look like they have melted and I now have a gap in the conservatory roof. Out of sheer frustration I am now writing this review so people can be warned that after they have your money they do not care and will never respond to any issues you have. I am less than impressed.

This company is the new name of 4seasonscostruction run by Les Styles who is an absolute crook. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. He racks up bills from suppliers and screws over customers and then closes his company down. Just look at the reviews for 4 seasons on google. He has ruined plenty of peoples lives.

This is 4 seasons construction in disguise. Just loom on google at how many people this company and Les styles the director have messed around. Les styles closes his companies and operates under new ones to avoid paying suppliers and unhappy customers. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/officers/BMN8We8ZeX7aRF7fT0B9uy-0ARw/appointments . He then relies on insurance backed guarentee companies to pick uo the mess. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

4 Seasons built my conservatory in 2009. I have had no problems till now when one of the sealed units in the doors started to display signs of misting on the inside and needed to be replaced. I contacted the company and was informed that the guarantee had run out as it was only for five years on the sealed units. This is a lie as on the back of the order form it clearly states that the guarantee is for ten years. Unfortunately it now appears that Mr. Styles is avoiding my calls and failing to call me back. So if you want a company to honour their guarantee and offer a decent after sales service do NOT use 4 Seasons Construction.

Les at 4Seasons Construction has money belonging to us that he is not paying back and refuses to take my phone calls and ignores our e-mails. Go to an honest and professional company, there are thousands of them in this industry. I would advise anybody to stay well clear of this outfit, they are cowboys

They installed new windows in our house and built an orangery in Dec2012/Jan 2013. Sometime after the installation was completed we were trying to locate our FENSA certificate. We contacted 4Seasons to ask where it was, they didn’t reply to our emails, texts or phone calls. We contacted FENSA directly who confirmed that 4 Seasons had not been members at the time of our installation even though it clearly stated on our quote on their headed paper that they were. 4Seasons had lied to us. We reported them to Trading Standards. We had an independent survey carried out on the windows which found that 13 windows are at fault, 3 do not meet building regulations and 10 have been fitted incorrectly. In the surveyors professional opinion this was all down to poor workmanship. We also have a leak in the orangery glass roof. We had another independent survey carried out (not the same company who conducted the independent window survey) and the surveyor also concluded that in his professional opinion the leak was due to poor workmanship. Since April 2013 we have been asking 4Seasons to come and rectify this. They came around a few times, each time giving a different reason for the cause of the leak and assuring us that time it had been fixed. To date it has not been fixed. Finally, Les Styles (the director of the company) came around mid October 2014 and said he would come back the following week with a fitter and sort out the problem once and for all. It is now November 2016 - over 2 years later and we are still waiting for him to return. We still have the leak. We took legal advice and decided to take 4Seasons to court. At the preliminary hearing in April 2016 Les Styles did not appear. At the hearing in June 2016 Les Styles did not appear. The hearing continued in his absence and we won. The judge awarded us a five figure sum. On 26 February 2016, Les Styles put the company into Voluntary Liquidation. This means he has not paid the compensation awarded to us by the Court. Shortly after this, a new company was set up. The liquidators informed me that we are now on a long list of creditors. In summary, do not use this company. They are dreadful to deal with and the whole experience has been an absolute nightmare. There are many reviews on the internet from people who have had the same trouble with 4Seasons. Make sure you read them all and do not under any circumstances have any dealings with this company. Also check the Companies House website for further information. If anyone wishes to ask me any further details on my dealings with 4Seasons, please contact me via email mseymour1234@aol.com

DO NOT use this company EVER!!! At the beginning of this year 4 seasons built a conservatory in our garden but the workers broke our fence, garage doors the roof lights of garage and lost the key to the door. They said they would repair but no one came again. So we have to fix all of them by ourselves. Recently, one of the windows in conservatory has cracked. We tried to ask them to repair. However, every time we call (we tried a week), the lady in the phone says she cannot make decision, her manager will call back; but he NEVER call back. The company tried to avoid us in purpose and ridiculously, the lady even hang up the call before I finish the talking. I never have had this kind of poor customer service. 4 Seasons is a liar and rubbish. I will post this everywhere to let more people aware them and never trust them.

Did a good job of putting the Conservatory up, a few snags which eventually got sorted out. Not keen on rectification of errors - took quite a while to get someone out and even longer to fix. New snags now appeared six years into guarantee - again took ages to get through to their office, longer still to get a workman out who thought that solving a damp problem coming form under the floor can be solved by applying some mastic. Finally got their representative (driving a van with a Four Seasons log but claiming not to be in their employ) to take job seriously and write up a full report including replastering work to e done on consevatotu wall where damp has caused damage. Since then, nothing. The represenatative says he passed the report over to them two weeks ago. They refuse now to take any follow up calls (different days, different times - all filtered by their call handlers who promise a return call which never happens.) Look them up on Companies House or DueDil - the directors set up a company every few years then liquidate it enabling them to hide away under the guise of a new company to not fulfull guarantees. Claim to be FENSA registered but are not. Upshot - they can build a conservatory, yes they can, can they fix it - no they can't/ won't, nor will they answer the phone once they know you want to claim on their worthless guarantee. My advice - use a FENSA registered company and get a proper guarantee. Your looking conservatory might look good today but tomorrow never knows.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! That is my honest recommendation. 4seasons did a competent job replacing my front windows and were pleasant to deal with. However, their after-sales service is appalling, it seems they just don't care. Two of the windows failed in the first year, it took repeated calls to get 4 seasons to fix them. I asked for a quote for further windows - ignored. Currently they owe me over £500 - every attempt at communicating with them is ignored. I'm surprised they are still trading - but not for long I suspect. Don't take the risk, there are so many more to choose from.

4 Seasons initially did a good job of building a conservatory but I've had continuous problems of draught in the conservatory and blown windows which the owner, Les Styles, is refusing to address. At the time of doing the job four years ago, I would have recommended them but not now.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, FIND AN ALTERNATIVE COMPANY. From the very start of our project there had been one issue after another. Initially our project started in July 2016 however 3 weeks into the project we still only just had the foundations dug out. We were advised that the project would be completed within 6-8weeks however some 19 weeks later and the project was still not completed. The office does not know how to schedule their trades and literally within a 4 week period we only had trades at the property for a total of 4 days. We had been left with no heating, no hot water, no water downstairs since the property was knocked and no upstairs lights for a period of 1 week whereby we ended up paying for other electricians to come in to fix the fault as there was no communication from 4Seasons. Again the electrics tripped out this time downstairs and yet again we had to call in other electricians as there was absolutely no communication from anyone at 4Seasons. Our property was left in a mess with rubbish piled up both within the new extension and within the garden area for a period of over 3 weeks. Some of the trades were good however there is no organisation from the office to the extent that even when the trades arrived at the property they were unclear as to what works was required. I actually work within the construction industry and if I worked like this I would be fired on the spot. The only time that 4Seasons are good at communicating is when they require payment then they have no problem at consistently calling and emailing however at any other time there is a complete lack of communication.

New windows and doors + conservatory were done in my house in 2011. Since then they have changed their tel number without informing the clients. Though I am still covered by the 10 yr guarantee they still refused to repair main door alignment. They would even not answer the phone and returning messages. After sales is very poor. I was still not given a FENSA certificate though I have asked for it so many times in the past. I would not recommend this company. Initially they presented very caring just to get your money but after that poor rapport and no after sales as well as them being arrogant.

It came to a point when we told them NOT to return to the property and we have ended up getting other contractors and paying them to complete the works.

Third time in 12 years we have used the company. Friendly, professional team, quality product, and everyone, from the fitters to the reps, to the office staff to the MD, does their best to be helpful. Really appreciated the salesman who did not use the industry standard schtick of ridiculously over-inflated, then "exclusively" date-limited reduced prices, the manufacturers who produced the goods to my tight deadline, and the boss who was happy to answer my questions on the phone.

Had new double glazed windows installed at the front of the house including two large bays. This is the 3rd job that 4Seasons have done for me and again I am delighted with all aspects of the job. I would give 10 out of 10 for everything. I previously had a conservatory and a porch built by 4Seasons and am extremely happy with all the works done.

I had four windows, a glass door and a skylight replaced in my London flat in June 2014. The work was done with great care over a period of four days and I was very pleased with both the quality of the new windows and the workmanship. The two fitters were helpful and polite, they turned up on time and barely stopped work all day, kept going by my cups of tea (and the odd biscuit). This company is not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for and I am confident that my new windows etc will serve me well for the foreseeable future. Problem solved.

We were very pleased with the conservatory that the company has just completed for us. The sales representative was very professional and confirmed everything in writing to us. The whole project was completed in 3 weeks which is less than we were expecting. Special thanks must go to Gary and his team who worked hard to make sure the conservatory was finished to an extremely high standard. Very professional from start to finish. After suffering the bad experience of high pressure salesmen coming into my house we must say how pleasantly different it was to see Derek, your surveyor. He really is a credit to your company. He patiently explained everything to us and quoted us a very competitive price for the whole job. He even quoted us for the patio which none of the other companies seemed interested in. We knew that your work was good, after looking at one of our neighbours who recommended you. After much thought we decided to give your company the order. We are very pleased with the whole job, and would recommend you without hesitation. Allowing me to pay the final balance over one year without charging any interest really was convenient and very reassuring.
