New wave doors is a very professional team right from sales, delivery and to after-sales. We are a bit of a perfectionist and the team accommodated our ask till the last moment. In fact, after 3 months of installation, they are sending me a black door handle which was not in the original order and we wanted it to match with another door. Usually, installation is 5-6 weeks but looking at my urgency team arranged for installation at the end of the 4th week itself without costing me anything.
