We publish all genuine positive and negative reviews regardless of whether or not a business subscribes to our services.
We log the IP address of every review before publication to guard against fake, or commissioned reviews.
All reviewers are required to verify their email address and provide proof of purchase.
Anyone can report any review for investigation and we will remove all reviews that are proven to be hoax, malicious, or unfair.
Businesses who subscribe to our services may upload scanned images of written customer testimonials but these are clearly marked and don't count towards their quality score.
We offer businesses a paid for review verification service.
Our open door policy means that we cannot guarantee the authenticity of every review so site visitors should only rely on customer feedback that has been verified by us.

Anyone may report a review for investigation at any time.
If the review is reported to be malicious and we agree, it will be removed immediately.
If the review is reported to be unfair, or a hoax, it will be investigated and the reviewer will be asked to provide evidence to support their comments. Suitable examples include: proof of enquiry, proof of purchase, copies of correspondence, or photographic evidence. The review may be removed before, during, or after this investigation, entirely at our discretion.
IMPORTANT: If you report a review, which is subsequently proven to be genuine, it will be re-published and highlighted as Verified Feedback.
While a review is under investigation the review text will be replaced with a message stating that the review is under investigation.
This review will be investigated by our moderation team and the reviewer will be given 5 days to substantiate their claim. If the reviewer fails to comply it will be permanently removed from this website.
