Previously bought windows supply only. I was looking for a front door and thought I would choose to buy again from this company and be loyal as they were not cheapest quote we had. From placing the order to eventually receiving the door the service was poor. Various calls to find out when our door would be ready were ignored leaving us to constantly call to find out what was happening. Eventually our door was ready to uplift 10 days later than expected to find out it was the wrong size. Then being told again after several call that door was being remade when it actually was sitting in their factory. After making again further calls door now 5-6 weeks later our door was delivered again not to the size we had ordered which we have further expense to make the door fit. Far from good service. Possibly this company prefer to supply and fit and if so should have declined from taking this order. Customer service shockingly poor!!!!
