Standard work is good however the management team dealing with my new roof where at best useless. Poor communication, by that I mean cancelling appointments with the electrician after i had spoken to him direct and book it, because the company got me mixed up with Another client who just happened to live in the same town and then not telling me it was cancelled. I received no apology from the management and only found out what happened after speaking to the electrician. The Delayed start due to weather which I can accept, however after taking the day off work to be at the house they decided to tell on the day it was cancelled and only after I had chased them as what was happening. I lost 2 days work due to them not informing me that they had changed something or cancelled it . Also very expensive compared to other providers.
