the salesman Ian miss sold the product to me When asked how long the job would take he said 2 days what a joke it took 3 weeks I had paid all but £1000 the job was not finished & i was asked for the payment when i confronted the company i was told it was a mistake ignore it .Then i had a letter telling me paymentwas over due by 2 weeks it was 1 week. I felt i should of been compensated but oh No I found the admin disgusting & rude which i will admit i was in the end.I paid £750 admin phoned & thanked me & asked when i was paying the outstanding £250 which i refused to pay I then had a letter telling me i owed £1000 which i didnt Today ive been informed if i dont pay the £250 i wont get a 10 yr guarantee ???? The 2 fitters were lovely & did a perfect job & on the day they finished my roof they left the company as they had also been treated very badly So i suggest that anybody thinking of going to REALISTIC should look else where I would not recommend them
