3 tips Nice looking doors and I like the swing and fold without taking up any internal space. Three things I would suggest to get 5 stars: 1. Always ask the company to survey the final aperture - the customer may be confident but it’s not worth the risk of finding a problem at installation. Which would also cost £1500 for a second visit (it’s in the small print). I sensed a reluctance to come out but luckily my builder got it right to within a millimetre so install went as planned. The company should make that offer so there’s no dispute later. 2. Advise the customer not to plaster the aperture reveals if possible - there will inevitably be small gaps against the frame which are better dealt with by plastering later rather than trying to hide with long trims. 3. Linked to 2 above - could the install team carry trims to match the most common colours (white) to complete the job on site rather than the client source after the job. We were lucky in that we had a good builder who got it right and we did recheck with the company a few times around thresholds etc to build some confidence. Very happy with the doors so far and the price was fair compared to quotes I’ve had for similar windows.
