New Wave Doors Ltd

We have had our bifold doors fitted for 3 1/2 years now and really loved and enjoyed using them but there is one BIG problem we have had and that is the glass units with blinds in are not fit for purpose. As you can see in the photos the blinds have made the glass units go cloudy . This is the 3rd set of glass units in this time and these last ones were changed on the 20/02/2019, and were as the other two sets really good till the sun shone on them, now we cannot put the blinds down because from past experience they get worse when the sun shines on them and they fogged up Now no one will return our phone calls we must have phoned about 30 times over the last couple of months and left messages on answer phone, sent emails and still waiting for Claire to let me know when this matter will be resolved. Last Thursday I managed to get a young girl to answer the phone and she said Claire would return my phone call but still waiting. We are very sad and disappointed with the service they are now giving us.
