This company's after sales service is diabolical. We had doors fitted in 2018 and were very please until the glass panels with integral blinds started to come apart. New wave eventually replaced 3 of the 4 panels and their fitters flagged an issue with the 4th one and placed an order for replacement in October 2019. We are still waiting for this to be replaced and now we are being told that we have to pay £1000 to have it replaced as their supplier has gone out of business despite the fact that we have a 10 year warranty from New Wave. Avoid this company at all costs !!!
