Doors finally fitted and work fine, minor, almost unnoticable damage sorted within the week. However, suggest that New Wave improve their service as follows: 1. Improve their office to fitters communications , surveyor was sent to our old address in Essex instead of Dorset. 2. Establishing a date for fitting took a long time during the lockdown and no phone contact possible. We were given only a 'week beginning' rather than a specific until the last moment. 3. Payment and site arrangements were very wordy and put almost everything down to the customer - in order that they are not responsible for problems? 4. Give the fitters some new shirts and tell them not to use them as rags to wipe off excessive sealer material, very bad image!
