I was very pleased indeed with the way the engineers fitted the windows and equally pleased with the final result. The engineers were very helpful, their work was very tidy and when we require other new windows we shall definitely come to Heath Windows and Doors again.
All staff at Heath windows went out of their way to fit windows quickly as I only had temporary windows following building work. From Max who provided the quote, and kept me updated about the order, Mark who completed the survey so quickly, Kathryn who liaised with me throughout and the efficient and friendly fitting team, Richie, Phil and Bryn. Heath Windows recently replaced several windows, most of which were upvc sash windows, replacing the old wooden frames. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and the standard of workmanship shown by the installation team of Rhys and Santino. They were friendly, hard working and conscientious. Heath Windows have excelled in every step of the way for our new windows & doors . The company came recommended but we did get other quotes (waste of time !) First point of contact was Max who came to our home to give us a no obligation quote. His professional, knowledgeable approach was a great start in the process . Before we paid our deposit we went to the showroom to look at the windows & doors that we’d chosen just to make sure . Annie took us through everything, again very helpful and professional . The wait involved for everything to be ordered and made was as promised . Meanwhile the surveyor Mark came to give the final measure. He explained all the options and anticipated timescale, but at no time was any pressure put on us to make any quick decisions. Heath Windows replaced all the windows at the front of our property and we are really pleased with them. All staff were great and the windows were installed earlier than anticipated. Richard and Rhys, the fitters, did a great job.
We didn't quite know where to start with needing 11 windows and 3 doors replaced. Max initially visited to discuss our requirements & to offer some very useful suggestions. What we immediately liked about Heath windows was there wasn't any hard sell and genuinely seemed very interested in listening to us. A visit to the showroom is well worth a visit, we ended up visiting 3 times to be sure on our choices. Mark also visited to ensure all measurements were correct and was helpful in reassuring us of our decisions. Andy & Lee arrived on the Monday morning & we couldn't have asked for skillful nor more friendly fitters, a good double act. They worked really hard during the 4 days they were with us with great attention to detail. Each day tidying up before they left, I don't think our drive has ever been swept that much before!

Job completed late October early November to replace conservatory polycarbonate roof. with slate roof. More than pleased with the result and look forward to warmer times spent in the now watertight room. My thanks to the team of Richie, Rhys and Phil who put in long hours, in not the best weather and light to make sure the job was completed in good time. Many thank to Ritchie who did some sterling work nothing too much trouble and home left in good clean order when the main part of the job completed.

I would highly recommend Heath Windows. We had 11 windows and two doors fitted and the quality of the windows and doors are excellent. From the off start I was impressed with Heath Windows from Sophie who showed me products in the showroom, Mark who did the measuring and the team who fitted them - James and Phil - were very professional and polite, friendly. We had a delay on our kitchen window as our builders couldn’t block up our patio doors due to supply issues and Kathryn was brilliant. We weren’t pressured to pay the balance until the whole job was finished which was very much appreciated.

Installation of a sliding patio door: very prompt and efficient service from the initial discussion to the actual installation.
Heath windows & Doors was suggested as a suitable company to undertake the fairly urgent replacement of a large old “tilt and turn” unit which had suddenly ceased to close properly.
A view of the excellent and informative website, which enabled me to get a very good idea of the final cost, inspired me to visit the showroom, where I was shown around by a very friendly and open Max - there was no attempt at a “hard sell”, merely the provision of relevant and useful information. The impression was of a “family” firm which was eager to come and do a good and thorough job, even though my requirement must have been very modest compared with the large window-replacement jobs which they were no doubt used to doing.
Although a lead time of about ten weeks was quoted, I asked for my installation to be completed before the cold weather set in, as my old patio door no longer closed properly: Max noted this, and said that they would do their best to fit me in between larger jobs - and, sure enough, I was surprised to receive a very prompt offer of a free “slot” for installation, long before I expected!
There was, of course, always the danger that the earlier job would overrun: sure enough, it did - but Heath pulled out all the stops and got a replacement team to me on the appointed day, and they stayed until they had installed the new frame and door sufficiently to allow me to lock it for security overnight. The original ‘A team’ arrived at 07:45(!) the next morning and stayed until all the surrounding fittings were in place, thereby completing a first-class job, and even staying at the end to do a thorough cleaning of the area surrounding the new door. Both teams were friendly and helpful, and wasted no time in getting down to work.

We’d been using various companies to replace windows and doors but were so fed up with their attitudes and cost, we decided to go “local”. We contacted Heath Windows and their response and service was immediate and very customer focused. Since then they’ve been back to replace windows (including stained glass), doors and door frames. Recently one of our door trims was taken out by contractors needing access to water pipes. I contacted Heath Windows and they came and replaced no problem. I would not go elsewhere now, and would highly recommend them.

Very sufficient removed the old front door and fitted new door in less than five hours 3 people turned up to do the job took the old door away with them and cleaned up after they finished the job very pleased with the door and work done.
Andrew, Lee and Lee arrived a little late due to workload but more than made up for that with the speed, quality and attention to detail of the works. The garage was left cleaner than when they started, and I'm very pleased by the quality of the door and window fitted.

James is amazing he encountered a few issues when removing our old windows he went over and above what was expected in making sure everything was finished to a high standard. We are returning customers to Heath Windows who have installed a new kitchen/back door & bi-folding doors between our dining room & conservatory. Next year we will have the remainder of our windows (7) replaced by Heath Windows. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. We needed a new front door with the old one being from 1960’s to provide additional security for the house. We ordered online and received a quote within 12 hours and had a surveyor booked within the week to check our requirements. We initial though it would be 8 to 10 weeks turn around, but the door was ready within 4 weeks and fitted the following week, 5 weeks in total. The fitters where fantastic and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They were professional throughout, the porch was clean and tidy when they left and you would have no idea that we had even had work done, excellent service from start to finish by all. Would definitely recommend and use again, fantastic.
Heath Windows provide a model service: clear explanation of what is required; prompt quotation; effective installation. The quality of their product is exceptionally high. Their installers arrived on time and carried out a first-class job. I find it difficult to think of how they could improve their service.
Had all the external windows and doors comprising the house replaced. The surveying and installation/fitting of the products was first class. The team at Heath Windows provide great customer service and the products being sold are very good quality. Downsides are colour inconsistencies in door/window furniture across multiple suppliers, sill colour for bifold doors does not match door frame colour. Most importantly, it wasn't made clear to us that having windows with external wood effect finish but internal white finish is achieved using material that is applied externally using adhesive, whereas frames that are the same colour throughout are dyed to the specified colour required. Had we been shown samples of how the different effects are achieved we'd have opted for the same colour throughout the frame.

With coloured window profiles outside and white inside the outer part always has a foiled bonded skin and it is impossible to have a matching finish inside unless you had the same colour inside and even then the finish would be different in the middle of the profile. This is the same with all products that exist in our industry and particularly when the windows are white upvc inside. There is no product on the market that exists that would do otherwise. Having spoken to Brinley our Sales Manager he had shown samples of the windows and doors in our well equipped showroom which shows the sections and samples and was very thorough as he always is having 40 years experience. Our surveyor Mark revisited you on more than one occasion to ensure you were clear on things and went above and beyond with ensuring a complex combination was achieved which looks amazing and we are very proud of. The photos look great. Please be assured that there is no alternative to the windows we supplied across the market. We only supply the very best. The initial survey and quotation, the detailed survey and then the fitting itself has all been carried out by knowledgeable, well mannered and extremely professional staff. Nothing was too much hassle for any of them and they have gone over and above what I would generally feel is the norm. Had a new front door fitted in our old Victorian house. Mark sized up the job to get our chosen style of door made and when Jamie and Kristan brought it to fit, it was exactly what we expected. J & K were exemplary workmen during the fitting, checked with us frequently that it was looking as expected, and cleared up completely after themselves. From our first meeting with Brinley through to the measuring and fitting of the units the process has been first class. Communication was very good throughout the process and we were consulted at every stage to ensure we were happy with our choices.
We felt slightly anxious that the secondary glazing would detract from the look of our Victorian windows but the style and fit of the units blends perfectly with our existing sash windows. The team of fitters, Mark, James and Trystan were friendly and professional and did an excellent job. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would clearing and tidying as they went along and at the end of the job.

I could not recommend Heath Windows enough, very professional and personable from start to finish of the Process. Richie, Phil and Tristan were great and the fitting and the craftmanship was excellent. The windows turned out to be a more complex fit than first thought but they managed every issue brilliantly.

I can highly recommend Heath Doors and Windows. From the initial exploration on their website to the knowledgable salesperson who visited and talked us through the appropriate options for our door replacement. Excellent follow up and visit from the surveyor. The door was ready earlier than estimated and the actual fitting was carried out in a professional manner, in fact I’d say they went a bit extra to make the surrounding parts look good. Area was left clean and the old door taken away. At all times this company provided excellent customer service and appointment times were kept. We are very pleased with our new door.

I had a whole house re-fitting of windows and front door (Solidor) undertaken by Heath Windows and cannot praise enough the professionalism and expertise with which the commission was completed.
The windows (8) included 2 feature widows, a bay and upstairs front feature window all of which comprised of the highest quality products fitted and finished with unquesrional expertise and pride by the installation team of James, Rhys and Mark.

I just want to say what an amazing company this is. I have been having a problem of locking our back door which was installed by Everest one of the bigger companies who fit windows and doors. I called your office and a very nice lady told me that you don’t look at other manufacturers work. I explained to her what the problem was and now find that the company has gone bust.
The lady put me in touch with Steve from SRJ Windows and he came and sorted the problem - he also told me that Everest had fitted the whole doorframe in wrongly.

I bought a new Solidor door from Heath Windows and Doors in June 2020. The service I received was excellent from start to finish. Miall came to see me, was very helpful, and with no hard sell. Kathryn, who works in the showroom office was also very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble.
The fitter who came to fix the door was Richie. He was clearly very experienced at his job and his workmanship was excellent. He cleared up afterwards, leaving my hall spotless before he left. I am also extremely pleased with the quality of my new front door. Since it has been fitted, I have had several positive comments about it. Excellent, we had a new front door installed by Heath Windows and Doors in Jan 2020, the finished product looks great, the process of choosing and paying for the door was easy (without any pressure-selling tactics) and the workman was professional and friendly on the day. Would definitely use again in future if we needed further work (much better than Everest, who sent a salesperson to our home, bored us senseless for 2 hours talking about a load of nonsense and then tried all sorts of pressure selling techniques to get us to sign up. Much better to go local).

We had 2front bay windows replaced and one large bathroom window replaced. From the first contact with Brinley we knew we had done the correct thing in choosing this company. So courteous helpful knowledgeable from the start to the end. Mark the surveyor who came to measure following Brinley’s visit also gave us some excellent advise on the windows we had chosen. Approximately 4 weeks after placing the order James and Phil came to remove old and fit new windows and all I can say is WOW absolutely fantastic workmen were with us for 2days so professional kept us updated on progress and so clean clearing up all the mess on both days and then my beautiful sparkling clean soundproofed windows.

I visited the showroom and Miall showed me examples of doors and gave me a thorough explanation of the process. He printed me a quote and advised I take it away and think about it. There was no hard sell techniques which other companies had used on me! Three days later, I rang and told Kathryn I'd like to place an order. Mark visited the following week, took measurements and confirmed the order with me. The whole process was swift and efficient and a few weeks later my new door was fitted by Richie and Rhys. They were professional, friendly, hoovered up and wiped down the door, frames and threshold before leaving. I'm short so the spyhole position was too high. Richie returned with a replacement knocker and resited it with spyhole in the correct position for me. Two neighbours came and asked to have a look and are suitably impressed with the quality of product and workmanship. I am very pleased with the great team of people at Heath Windows and Doors, Cardiff. They provide a superb service and I definitely recommend them!

Easy process from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful staff both face to face and over the telephone/email. No pushy sales which was very refreshing.
Day of fitting went well, really pleased with our doors and the fitters left everything exactly as they found it. Perfect. Would recommend.
Our first contact was with salesman Brinley . No hard selling and surprise, surprise, we were not presented with the buy now special discount trick!
We placed the order a few days later and then the surveyor came. He was very thorough and removed part of the door frame of the old ill fitting door to measure accurately. After he left, an hour later Mark turned up with expanding foam to fill some small gaps around the frame.
A few weeks after, the team installed the windows and door. They were efficient and pleasant, completing the job in a day. One of our existing windows misted in cold weather so a couple of units were replaced by Mark the following day who also made some small adjustments to the door.
We were very pleased with the work and absolutely recommend Heath Windows and will be using them again soon.

Hello 3 yrs ago I needed windows and doors.Not wanting to use big companies I did some searching and came across Heathwindows.Everything about this company is 5star.,not only friendly and reliable their products are sensational.Come and look at our windows today and you’d swear they were fitted yesterday.Mael and his team pride themselves in what they do,i,I’ve recommended them to neighbours who have since had their homes fitted with doors and windows.
Had Mial and the team from Heath Windows to replace over 13 windows, a back door, french doors and front door. Felt so comfortable with Mial that we left the key with him and went away for the week. Came home to find an outstanding job had been done and the house cleaner than when we left it. Not a spec of dust or dirt anywhere. Would not hesitate to use them again if required. Highly recommended. We had others to provide quotes. Some a lot cheaper and a couple more expensive who then wanted to negotiate. Mial gave us a price, we were happy with it and more importantly happy with him.

I recently had double glazed windows fitted in two rooms, and I couldn’t be happier with the service or product which I received. As a new homeowner, I had originally found the process daunting when acquiring quotes and advice from other businesses. This was not the case with Heath Windows. The day after I contacted HW for a quote, Miall came to measure the windows which needed replacing, and explained the process in full. There was no hard sell, and I felt comfortable asking questions about aspects of the work which I didn’t understand. Once I had confirmed that I would like to proceed, the fitting service was quick, and Miall ensured that I was informed at all times about how the process was to take place. Less than a couple of weeks later, Mark came to fit the windows in less than a day, and worked around my own work commitments. Mark was incredibly professional, and left the workspace in a scrupulously clean state once finished. From the beginning to the end of the process I had complete trust in the timeframes and professionalism provided by Heath Windows, and would highly recommend this business following my positive experience.
I would recommend a visit to their showroom. We went in looking for a red front door with full length glass panel. After Hywel had very patiently taken the time and trouble to show and talk us through the various options we went for a blue Solidor with half-length glass.
It is absolutely perfect and we could not be more pleased. Not only does it look great from outside, but it has really brightened up our small hallway which was previously rather dingy.
The fitters, James and Phil arrived bang on time and were polite,efficient and tidy. They obviously care about the quality of their work and took the time to talk us through the locking mechanism, care and maintenance of the new door and even how to order new keys if needed!

Our Solidor front door decided to slip and once shut wouldn’t open. Heath Windows installed the door some three years ago and didn’t hesitate to provide rectification quickly. Mark arrived and soon saw the problem and fixed it. Our door is again as new.

Heath Windows & Doors was a name that was frequently recommended on our Community facebook page. After having windows installed by a well known UK company many years ago we wanted a local company who may not be the cheapest but offered the best quality product, service and professional installation at a reasonable price. From the initial quote to the completed installation of a composite door the process was painless and easy and only took 2 weeks. The installer turned up 20 minutes early as he didn't want to be late getting stuck in morning traffic. The Solidor Tenby 2 composite door is absolutley amazing and was professionally installed with absolute care to the highest standard of quality. Now I have found this company I am never using anyone else.

I liked the service enough to ask them back recently to quote for windows in remainder of my house. We recently had a 'London' style solidor and 9 sash windows installed by Heath Windows. The door has a bespoke stained glass panel in it designed on behalf of Heath windows by Ashdowns ( a local stained glass specialist) to match an existing stained glass panel and the windows have a white ash finish. All products have been designed and installed to the highest standard and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Prompt efficient installation. Easy purchase through from sales to fitting. There was a problem with rain getting under the door after the first major storm of 2018 but this was fixed within two days. Would use this company again.

Very clean and tidy,also friendly.Repaired guttering for me .All I can is to heap praise on this wonderful local company.No pressurised sales talk ,just incredible products.mine are now 2yrs old but look like they were fitted yesterday.Also very important there is a 10yr guarantee.
We have just had 7 windows installed by Heath Windows, including 2 big bays. We are very pleased with the quality of their work. Despite a couple of hiccups as a result of the weather and a blocked motorway, the work was completed within a week. The installers were very helpful, putting up curtain rails and making a repair to a leaky gutter in the course of their work and they were extremely tidy, cleaning up at the end of each day. The owner came at the end of the job to check that we were happy with the work.
Most of all we are delighted with the windows. They look great, exactly like the wooden ones they replaced, and they have transformed the comfort and noise level in the house.
Fantastic from start to finish! When Kevin came and quoted for new windows and doors for pretty much the whole house, they were not the cheapest, however it is definitely true that you pay for top notch quality. We had 2 doors and 5 windows replaced and the service we received from Kevin, Hywel and the installers was first class! I left the key to the house with Hywel and they pretty much got on with it, when we came home after work they’d even cleaned and steam mopped without us even leaving the vacum out for them! The attention to detail was fantastic and all finishing touches were of the highest quality! Simply cannot praise them enough, will definitely use again!

Had Irish Oak patio and a kitchen doors and window in kitchen which look fantastic plus an anthracite window in bathroom to suit interior colours. Kevin was our sales guy and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and was patient when we kept swapping and changing. He was always at the other end of the line/email.
The finish and workmanship on the job was second to none. Mark did our initial survey and was clearly quick to spot that I'm fussy about the finish, although he was v diplomatic and professional and didn't convey it in those terms. James and Mark did the bulk of the work - not only were they fussy and v specific themselves about the finish, down to the colour sealant they use to suit not only the doors but internal tiling etc but they were easy company in the house and incredibly clean and tidy - they used dust sheets and tidied up after them. Gareth also did some work towards the end of the project and came back to change a piece of trim I thought could do with being a bit longer to give a neater finish, he got it spot on - ask for the above guys to fit, they're brill on every level.
Hywel was on text with me throughout the project and any tweaking that was required was responded to v promptly, his communication was again second to none, he kept us up to speed throughout.

We have recently had 6 windows and a front door fitted to our 200 year old cottage. Sash windows to the front of the house together with casement windows to the back bedroom and bathroom.
The service we received from initial quotation to the final install was excellent. The installers took a lot of care and attention to detail during the installation, especially having to deal with our old cottage.

During my 40 years of home ownership, Heath Windows and Doors has proved to be by far the best company of its type with which I have ever dealt.
The whole process was professionally delivered from the initial visit by the estimator through to the final installation. The customer care provided was exemplary throughout and I was kept fully informed of progress during the planning stages and was able to make timely amendments to my order during the early stages in consultation with the estimator.
The installers were excellent and managed to complete the work to a very high standard in one day instead of the two days originally planned, largely due to the addition of an extra third installation operative. This was very much appreciated.
In conclusion, if you’re thinking of replacement doors and windows, look no further than Heath Windows and Doors. I can thoroughly recommend them.

OK, it wasn't cheap but I was promised quality and wow did I get it. The service from Heaths was first class, quick to respond to email and answer any queries. BUT the guy who turned up to fit the door was a perfectionist and he did an amazing job. The door is beautiful, the hallway has more light and looks bigger and I'm sure I've added value to my house as a result. If you're thinking of a new front door, use these guys :-)

I had obtained quotes from a couple of other companies who were offering inferior products and then went to Heath as the official Solidor installer and they quickly provided a competitive quote and installed the door quickly and neatly after acceptance.

He immediately quoted and offered to come out very quickly at a mutually convenient date. He helped myself in choosing the right composite door, which I ordered in dark grey. Absolutely love our new composite door. The salesman was very helpful, not pushy and did all he could to ensure we made the right choice. The survey was quick and simple and within a few weeks it was ready. Installation was earlier than expected and installers were very friendly, efficient and professional. Unfortunately, they were given the wrong colour seal so couldn't finish the job but agreed to call back. In the meantime, my wife and I noticed a loose door sill along with a scuff in the foiling. This was reported immediately to Heath Windows & Doors to enable them to investigate as they were due to come back to complete the work. They accepted liability for the problems immediately and made arrangements to resolve them which was done quickly and to a high standard.
The service we received from Heath Windows, from the initial enquiry through to completion, was second to none. It was all extremely efficient and courteous. The pricing was competitive and the quality of the product is great. The units were ready and fitted within the projected timeframe. The two fitters were excellent; very experienced, which was a great help as the original windows did not want to come out (testament to the quality of the fitting 80 years ago). They weren't fazed, though, and although it took a little longer than anticipated, it was all done with no fuss or drama, and extremely tidily, far more so than anticipated. The quality of the finish is superb, both inside and out. Should we need any further windows in future, I would have no hesitation in engaging Heath again. I have just had a large porch rebuilt by Heath Windows. What a fantastic job they have done. The quality of the Windows and the bespoke door is fabulous. Nothing was to much trouble from start to finish. Karl the builder did an amazing job demolishing the old porch and his brickwork and rendering on the new one is superb. Thanks to Paul for fitting the Windows and door and sorting my fascia and guttering to my liking. ( I was a bit fussy) Everyone always on time and really good clean workers as everything was cleaned and washed down before leaving and ALL rubbish taken away. Their customer service is second to none as any queries were sorted within minutes of a phone call or e.mail.Thank you so much I love it. The work was carried out with minimal intrusion by professional and courteous fitters, (John & John!) who bent over backwards to finish the job to our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Anyone thinking of having new windows/doors should definitely give this local business a chance, we are certainly pleased we did.
So glad I chose Heath Widows to supply and fit my new composite front door. Service was outstanding from start to finish. They turn up on time, they are not at all pushy, they are open to ideas and customisations, their website is great and the fitting and finish is perfect. That's not to mention the fact that the door is top quality and stunning. Don't be fooled into buying a poarer quality foam filled door elsewhere (like I nearly was). Heath supply 'Solidor' doors, which are far stronger and better made, right here in the UK. I'm a perfectionist and I wasn't left disappointed. Would recommend them to anybody.

We've used Heath for 3 separate projects over the past 2 years: 1) whole-house replacement double glazing 2) replacing & updating a pre-existing d/g patio door and 3) just recently, roof work replacing wooden soffits and bargeboards with UPVC. The pricing was very competitive and the workmanship & quality of the installations is excellent. Miall and his guys are knowledgeable and friendly, and made sure to keep us informed about when/who was coming and what would happen. We bought an Edwardian house in Penylan this summer which needed to be completely renovated. I had several window companies out to look at the property but I was extremely impressed by the professionalism showed by Heath Windows. They responded immediately, Kevin came out to see us and was extremely knowledgable, helpful and gave no pushy sales pitch which I really appreciated. We received a very full, detailed and reasonable quote with various options that we'd discussed. Kevin came back to see us with a sample of the upvc sash windows that we were considering and they were beautiful and extremely well made.
We ordered 9 sash windows, 3 normal upvc windows for the back of the house, a sliding patio door and bi-fold doors. The bifolds were for a large space in the main room and they managed to source industrial height doors which meant that we didn't waste any of the available space. They are amazing and we are very pleased with every part of the order and the excellent installation team.

We wanted to replace the windows on the front of one of our properties as the existing ones were looking rather sad and tired and had seen better days. We therefore contacted a few local window companies in Cardiff for quotations and, after careful consideration, decided to accept Heath Windows' offer.

We had three large windows and front door fitted in April 2015. We were very impressed with Miall on our first meeting and decided to proceed with fitting. We found other companies very pushy this was not the case with Miall, he was friendly and gave a very good quote.
Steve was the fitter, again a very friendly guy taking two days to fit. He was very organised and left no mess.

Heath Windows fitted a bay and 10 windows to a very high standard .Kevin and Mail have been very professional no pushy sales talk just honest, quick quotation, and great price .The two Johns and Adrian perfectly fitted the windows to a very high standard. I desperately needed new UPVC sash windows for a victorian property but was a little worried that the end result would look cheap and out of character, not to mention the worry of relentless sales tactics adopted by many companies.
I obtained quotes from a number of local companies and was unimpressed for a variety of reasons, until I eventually found Miall and his team from Heath Windows and Doors.
The first visit from Kevin was extremely professional and he listened to exactly what I wanted which was a wood effect Chartwell Green exterior on a white interior. Within a few days I obtained a detailed quote and was even visited again to be shown a sample of the window in the exact colour which was made up just of me - No hard sell, no pressure and all questions were answered quickly by phone or email.
I had also been toying with the idea of building a lean to the side of my property which Kevin was more than happy to talk through but unlike the windows I wasn't quite sure what I wanted and if it was even possible. Although this wasn't quite as straight forward as the windows, the same level of professionalism and service was provided and we discussed at length the options available.
In the end we decided to proceed with both the windows and the lean to. (went for a wood effect rosewood finish casing with glass roof and side panels). Miall and his team were able to organise fantastic subcontractors to complete the brickwork and footings too.
The final result has far exceeded my expectations, the quality of the materials used, like the workmanship, is second to none.
If you're looking for a company who prides itself on exemplary service, quality of product and exceptional workmanship at reasonable prices then you will be hard pressed to find a better company than Heath Windows & Doors.

I don't like finding trade-persons online but was forced to for this window replacement job. Heath Windows were the ONLY company out of five who replied, almost instantly AND on a Sunday night! Set up a visit to discuss the project & was offered a competitive quote. Within a few days a survey was conducted and I was given excellent advice. Boys came to take the window out shortly afterwards. They were punctual, good rapport but without slowing down on the work to chat and left my house very clean (laid down sheeting so as not to dirty my carpets, great touch), considering the mess that was being made and carried the work out as expected. Any glitches were swiftly resolved and to my utmost satisfaction. The customer service I have received would put many other companies to shame and I got what I wanted, which was a lovely new window and contacts for any future projects. A new front door and back door, however the front door had an arch which I thought could not be done in UPVC. Miall and his team were truly professional and the job was done first class. The front door and arch looks amazing. Steve was the installer and took his time doing the measurements as the arch needed to be sketched out, the measurements were taken away and it took over 4 weeks for the arch to be produced, when Steve came to install (which took a whole day on the front door and frame), he took his time to avoid damaging the existing plaster around the arch and then fixed the UPVC door and fittings into the opening. I was recommended Heath windows by a relative and would recommend them to anyone. The work was done in May 2015.

Looking at all of the reviews can a company be really that good? Well, yes they can. Good product knowledge, turned up when they said they would and installed the quality windows and made no mess. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

From placing our order, to survey measurements, to fitting - all took place within 14 days. Steve, and his helper, removed the old and fitted the new window & door all within a few hours - it was much easier and cheaper than we had expected. Heath Windows replaced 6 old failed units and door at the back of the house with modern ones and were chosen on the basis of internet reviews , (two other quotations were also sought for comparison). Not the cheapest but in the event the best value for money and one of my better decisions. Sales side not pushy but helpful and the advice given was good and accepted. Front door was apparently installed 10years ago incorrectly by another company but Heath Windows advised it wasn't necessary to replace it and they corrected the faults and it now fits properly. No charge was made for this.
The Install was very efficient, no mess and great care taken with the installation. An outstanding company that I wish the other trades, with the exception of the central heating installer, would copy.

After recently moving home into a 1930s stone cottage the original steel frame windows were condensing from the inside, draughty and overall useless. The project was just for 3 windows at the front of our house in Cyncoed. We wanted to make sure the windows were in keeping with the house and Mile was brilliant at presenting different options, and advising us. The prices were more competitive than other quotes we have had.
His team left yesterday, and the standard of work is just brilliant. very friendly and trustworthy, and didn't leave a mess (at all!).

Before paying ridiculous prices for poor service and workmanship you have to take on board these reviews. We have just had 9 windows fitted in total , all sash, with a large Bay, all done with minimum of fuss and total professionalism. 4 weeks from order to complete install . Miall, a gentleman who is eager to please and Christian who came to fit our windows in the most awful weather went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. Windows look great, neighbours are asking already who supplied them and I will be contacting them for future work without any hesitation.
I would award 6 stars if I could.

We had two windows fitted, a bedroom and a kitchen window, and were very happy with the job that was done. The fitter was extremely nice and friendly, and he did his job quickly and efficiently. The areas were left so clean it didn't look like any work had been done at all! The two windows look great and I am looking forward to the other three being replaced as soon as possible. Miall, who came out to do the original estimate, was also a pleasure to deal with, and he was especially good at answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Heath Windows and Doors.

5 X Cascade windows, 1 X tilt & turn and front door. Absolutely brilliant team. Highly recommend. Initially visited their website which has quote calculator. Entered my requirements, measurements etc... and got rough estimate. Contacted company. Spoke to Mial. Very friendly, professional and personable. Arranged to call following evening. I explained what we wanted. Gave him my measurements. He had a quick look and the existing windows and said he'd send a quote via email. No hard sell or manager discount speech. Only stayed for 4G minutes (not by choice ;) I kept him talking). Quote received as promised same as that had from website. No hidden costs etc... exactly the same high spec products offered by bigger companies but as fraction of cost (£3500). Arranged for surveyor to call 3 days later (Christian) again very professional and personable. Finalised the measurements and design requirements. Work completed 3 weeks later by Steve over 3 days (mainly due to bad weather -bless him). Excellent workmanship. Absolutely perfect fitting. Very thorough perfectionist and cleans up after himself (hard to come by these days ;) hehehe). No complaints. Steve even fixed my existing french doors at no extra cost - fab gent! !!! :) can not recommend these guys enough. Forget the bigger companies... family business's are definitely the best. Thank you Mial and team. Even the lady in the office I spoke to.

Heath Windows installed 4 new casement windows in my top floor flat, The installation went like clockwork from start to finish, Christian the installer is exceptionally clean and tidy and the finished installation is very impressive, where you can see the craftsmanship, Miall and Christian make a great team, Miall called in to check on progress and again is very courteous and professional, I would have no hesitation in recommending Heath windows and would definitely use them again.
Heath windows were able to fit awkward size tilt and turn replacement windows for the same price that we had been quoted for ordinary windows.
Neat and tidy, and so polite and helpful, even put dust sheets up the stairs to keep my carpets clean while doing upstairs window.

We asked for a quote and did not have to sit through a hard-sell, which would have put us off, Steve told us what was available and came up with a reasonable quote without the usual double-glazing salesman shenanigans.

An incredibly hard and polite worker, Christian, managed the job in two days and very importantly left no mess. All old windows and debris cleared up - unlike some workers. Turned up early and stayed until he'd finished completing his present task.

Really pleased with tilt & turn windows and absolutely delighted with French doors that Heath Windows fitted in our house at the end of August 2014. Miall and his team were Fantastic, especially Christian. We did have a problem with some of the handles which was down to the manufacturer but this was quickly and satisfactorily rectified. The initial project was to replace 3 windows and 2 exterior doors. Having received a very competitive quote for these I then asked them to also replace the guttering and all exterior woodwork. This was done over two consecutive days to a very high standard by one of their fitters. He was courteous, through and very helpful. He left the house tidy at all times and willingly stayed on until after 6pm on Friday to ensure the job was finished to my satisfaction.
Heath Windows and Doors: renewed my front door (from PVC to composite) and its side windows; installed lovely, big French doors at the back; replaced some ugly stained panels for clear glass in the front bay; and replaced frosted glass for clear to the back door. This was in May 2014. The whole service from the first phone call to the end result was an absolute pleasure. Each member of staff was helpful, kind, considerate, polite, punctual and sincere. The workmanship is brilliant. I'm so pleased with the quality of the units and how it has been installed. They worked with me to keep the cost of the job down whilst completely refreshing and updating the look of the downstairs of my house. We had our lounge windows and door (leading to the conservatory) refitted, as the old arrangement was single glazed and not safe or energy efficient. We received a quote which was about middle of the rage we sought, and decided on Heath Windows and Doors. Ordering was quick, and installation was arranged swiftly, with the whole job done in less than a day. The work was excellent, our lounge looks so much better, it's safer and the temperature difference is also marked.

Heath Windows fitted new windows and french doors in my terraced house in March 2014. There was no pressure salesmanship and they fitted the windows when it was convenient for me, which was really helpful. The fitter arrived promptly and did a good job within the time they had given me. He was a really nice guy and very helpful. The house has been a lot warmer since replacing the old windows and they look good too.
We have recently had 8 windows installed by Heath windows. The quotation and follow up to show samples was very pleasant and efficient. The price was competitive and the windows of high quality. The installation over 2 days (by Christian) was very professional, he is clearly a very experienced fitter who works very cleanly. We did have one miscommunication over the design of one window which resulted in a 3 pane rather than 2 pane window being fitted. Miall was quick to resolve this and we had a replacement unit in a few days. I would strongly recommend Heath windows. We will be using them again later in the year for a planned extension.

Heath Windows replaced 6 windows and a door together with leaded light upper windows. Additionally they fixed new lead to roofing joins to stop my roof leaking. Miall, Christian and Richard were all very helpful and friendly, and the work was carried out very efficiently with all mess tidied up. We bought a large detatched edwardian house that needed complete renovation. This included 33 sash windows and 2 sets of French doors. Due to the large job that needed doing we wanted a competitive price and so got a few different quotes.
I was clear that I wanted sash windows with Georgian bars. Miall was able to bronc sample windows and also show me previous work he had done. This helped me to understand exactly what I needed from the windows. He gave me an excellent quote, much more competitive than the others we had!
Miall was always on hand if I text or phoned him and sent me plans to adjust before any of the windows were made.
The fitter Christian worked very quickly and without mess. The windows and doors all work perfectly and he took the time to go through with me and check each one by one. The windows are excellent quality and give the house back it's character whilst still being energy efficient.
I am a bit of a perfectionist but found that miall was able to answer and help me with all my questions.

Mial was courteous and polite, and was happy to share past projects that his company had completed. In fact he inundated me with them, but in fairness I did ask for references!
The job was ordered and installed within a matter of weeks, completed just before Christmas, and was to a very high standard and finish - and cleaning up! There was a mistake with one of the windows; it fitted but was not exactly symmetrical in size to another at the front of my house; meaning that a new frame had to be ordered. Mial was more than happy to rectify this and apologised profusely. This has now been resolved, and I am more than happy with the finished results.
When compared to other suppliers, the price was excellent, some £3K less than Anglian! for the windows alone, & half the price for the Guttering & Soffits.

From the outset Customer service was excellent. They arrived on time for appointments and did not want a desposit, you paid when the work was done - very reassuring.
Christian who carried out the work did a superb job and the quality of finish is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Heath Windows to anyone.
We will definitely be using them again in the future when other windows need replacing.

From the very start, Miall and his team have been professional and courteous and their products far superior to other leading suppliers.
We bought a house with 70's aluminium glazing, so from the outset were conscious that it would need replacing. We contacted Miall in advance and he was efficient in responding to our requests. After meeting st the property he was prompt to provide is with a quote tailored to the different window options available to us. He was up on the latest regulations for fire egress (as this was to eventually become a rental property) so we were able to install windows that complied with HMO escape regs.
Both the quote and the lead in time were very reasonable. The fitters liaised with the construction team on-site and all 18 windows and GRP doors were fitted within a few days. Throughout the time, and after, Miall and his team have always been contactable by phone and were able to pop round to re-tighten the door after it had settled.
The high energy rated windows were far superior to those supplied by manufacturers such as Anglian. The hinges and mechanisms are also of extremely high quality.
I can highly recommend Heath Windows for both there customer service, attention to detail and for the quality of their workmanship and products.

No hard sell, did exactly what we wanted, no hassle, all questiosn answers quickly and easily, great workmen and sales team. I thought double glazing was going to be a nightmare but it was really smooth from start to finish and th eproce was a lot cheaper than i was expecting.
Work undertaken was fairly small job, replacement of 6 sealed units in existing installation. The age of existing frames and their being on a third floor flat made things trickier, but this did not prevent fast and effective fitting;
Workmanship was entirely satisfactory;
Personnel were reliable, affable and stayed in touch in arranging things. Even though smaller job they were keen to have the business and complete in good timescale.
Quote was much more cost-effective than I got from couple of the big national companies;
I estimate the work was completed approx two-months prior to my leaving this feedback.
