I have never been treated by a company with such contempt. In summary: - I paid nearly £30,000 for a conservatory and windows for my property in Shrewsbury. - The build took nearly four times as long as initially promised to complete. - The customer service is non existent. I was definitely treated as a 'problem customer' despite the fact that all I wanted was for a conservatory and windows to be installed in the original time period stated, not SIX MONTHS. - My property has suffered damp due to a faulty installation (I have admission and proof of this in email). - They refuse to fix the damage caused to the internal wall and repaint the wall despite a clear admission that this damage has been caused by a fault on installation. - They finally agreed to do the work but not before a snotty email saying that 'I had to buy the paint'. Talk about the straw that broke the camel's back. I would go to trading standards if I had more time on my hands but running my own business means I have about 10 minutes to dedicate to advising any potential future customers to avoid them like the plague. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. £30,000 is a lot of money to myself - easily the most money that I had committed to one single purchase in my life at that point. I was treated with contempt. Take your money elsewhere.
